These modules are available by request at an additional cost. These useful modules help you tailor your copy of DJ Wizard to your business.
Provide your clients accurate information in the fastest and easiest way using Business Manager. Its powerful search mechanism that lets you find diamonds that meet your clients' specific criteria. Once you've found your clients' preferred diamonds, you have easy access to all relevant diamond information, and memo these diamonds with a click of a button. Or you can instantly send the desired list and a copy of certificates directly to the client via email or fax.
Also you can review client account status and all details before getting into business with anyone. It will help you increase your business in smart ways. A new feature allows you now to promote diamonds sales by automatically preparing a list of diamonds that look very impressive and email it to your client. Automatically import all your diamond certificate listings from GIA. This utility eliminates human error and the need to tediously enter diamond listings manually, for more efficient stock management.
Features
- Options include import from GIA, RapNet and IDEXOnline diamond listing formats.
- Set custom DJW abbreviations for Girdle.
- Include company specific data in the provided fields, such as Supplier ID, and Invoice Number.
- Select stone batches by import date, derived from the "TagDate" field on the Diamond Card.
- Choose whether or not to import "Comments" info.
Using the RapUpdater utility, you can automatically Download Rapaport Prices and update your entire stock prices. Diamond price tables update as the Rapaport price per carat goes up or down. Optionally you can update the entire stock list automatically or semi automatically being prompted only if the rate of change is higher than your allowed limit. It supports downloading the latest New Rap Tables now includes 0.31-0.49 price breaks and 10 carat.

We have a new version of RapUpdater that now downloads the prices from RapNet.com. This version uses secure authentication to download prices. The new version is available and it costs less than $300 + installation. The way the new version is written it can now be set up for you once and it works automatically every Friday early in the morning by itself. It downloads the prices, updates price tables and then runs a complete update of all your stock prices.
Note: RapNet old website diamonds.net is no longer valid (or will be any day - ask Rapaport). You must switch to RapNet.com by upgrading to the latest RapUpdater. The new RapUpdater runs behind the scenes. You no longer need to run it.

Upload your merchandise to trade services like Polygon, RapNet and IDEXOnline. Using this utility you can sell your merchandise on any of the avialable trade service in their native formts. Tag the items you want to upload or untag the one you wish to ignore. Include certificate information or upload any of your non-certified stones. Show or hide availableity, inclued or ignore Cut Grade. Upload with anyone of your 5 preset prices, Also, if you wish you can upload to Rapnet your cash price offers.

Use this option as a native and correct upload format which includes all the features supported by DJ Wizard and IDEX.  This Utility makes it real easy and real fast to Return, Sell or Return from sale any or all memo'ed items. With a click of a button you can return or sell an entire memo with dozens and even hundreds of items if they were with a salesperson or at a show. If you sold a few items and all the rest were returned, just mark the ones that sold and with one additional click you can process all the rest of the transactions. It is especially useful for large memos. Use it to perform dozens of times faster than any other way before.

Click on the image on the right and see the actual Memo Transactions screen. Notice the 2 new columns on the right one for Sold and one for Returned item. Now you can select a Client or a specific Memo and easily Return or Sell any particular items by just checking on the proper checkbox. To make it even faster, if you have, say, 10 items and 2 were sold, check on the 2 that were sold and then click once on the Return All button (at the bottom) and remaining items will return form Memo in a split of a second.
Stock Transaction Utility makes it simple and real fast to transfer stock items among any of your companies. With a click of a button you can transfer a single stone or jewel to your retail (or wholesale) store or an entire lot of diamonds. If you made a mistake or decided to reverse the transaction, just click Return. It is especially useful for companies with multiple stores or for transaferring stock among wholesale and retails inventories. Use this utility and avoid manual data entries and do it with a click of a button.
Physical Inventory is designed to make an efficient and accurate count of your inventoried diamonds and jewelry items. Using it you can verify if your inventory is complete and be aware of missing items in time and within minutes rather than hours. Make long and tedious work to a simple one and 100% an accurate process. You can also save hours of work by scanning items with a barcode reader. It support location settings so you can verify the box or showcase if needed. Jewelry is showing the image onscreen even if the item is physically missing, which helps you identify the missing item. You can also tag and scan your entire inventory and automatically reconcile your computer inventory with the physical items available.

With better reports, better control (highlight the columns that you scan), and faster scanning (no need to rescan the same stock IDs) this new version does it all much better. It now offers also faster search and a way better interface. You can show more fields and the item balances. Scanning can be done simultaneously by multiple users, thus cutting the time of taking the physical inventory by the number of user. If an item is on Memo, you can show the corresponding client. This upgrade includes costs of diamonds and jewelry. And it allows you to print the remaining items on a report.

When a salesperson needs to go on the road to sell merchandise, you can transfer select diamonds and jewelry into a Salesperson List. A printed copy of this list goes with your salesperson. When the salesperson returns, it is easy to pinpoint items he may have sold or return unsold items to the general stock pool.

Manage your business finances via the same program that controls your inventory. No importing and exporting necessary! Track your general business expenditures and deposits with the General Ledger. This module allows you to enter non-merchandise business expenses, review client payment deposits, define expense and income categories and reconcile deposits and withdrawals with your bank statements. Ogiscope is a diamond measuring tool, sold by OGI Systems Ltd. It allows you can upload measurements directly into DJ Wizard Diamond Inventory ysinf the OGI Link utility. This utility is incredibly easy to use - just one click to start the upload.

The Quickbooks link exports your sales transactions from DJ Wizard directly into the Quickbooks database so that you can take advantage of all the features available in Quickbooks. This quick transfer eliminates the need to keep separate records, and allows Quickbooks users to continue to use the accounting software they are familiar with.

Automatically backup your company data and any other folders on your server. Instantly backs up your data to removable or remote drives. Can scheduled to run automatically. Backs up daily up to 5 generations of data. Can include subfolder. If backup failed, the app will pop up in the center of the PC. This utility is also monitored by the main program and if you forgot to do your backup you will be reminded every time you (or anyone in the company) logs off.

Always know who is calling with Caller ID linked to your addressbook. Monitor 2 up to 4 incoming lines. You need the Wohozz Calling box for the number of incoming lines that you neeed. Also, you need the CallerID utility that connects to your DJ Wizard Database to record incoming calls.
This special utility allows you to set a bulk mark up or discount on any of the 5 available stock prices. You may filter for any available inventory type, and set default price-rounding. The utility also allows you to select for only unsold items, protecting all your old transactions and inventory records.
